About Me
I believe that life challenges provide an opportunity to know ourselves better & create positive change. We are not defined by what has happened to us or how we feel. We all experience situations that are out of our control.
For the last 10 years, I have been helping individuals reduce stress, talk through the hard things, heal from trauma, and discover inner strength. Through my down to earth approach, my hope is to make you feel heard, accepted, and understood as you embark on this journey.
Victoria offers both mental health and substance use services to adolescents and adults. Offering the only adolescent substance use program in the area.
Victoria obtained her Masters in Addiction Counseling from Winona State University. She further obtained her Masters in Social Worker from Boise State University.
Victoria enjoys spending time with her 3yo daughter, 11yo son and husband as they
attend her sons sporting events and many hours on the lake.
